Do you have trouble sleeping at night?

Who doesn't have trouble sleeping sometimes? Maybe you have something on your mind, or you just drank a coffee too late in the day. Either way, you've got something that you'd like to address. And it's keeping you up at night. But there are remedies for this. There are things we can do to get us back to the garden, as it were. Sometimes, reverting to a nostalgic place does just that for us. Sometimes you just need to lose yourself in a crop of memes. Remember the days when, after school, you'd pull up to the family computer just to see what was up? You'd log into AOL, maybe message a few friends, and then off you'd go to places like Cheezburger to see what new memes were being produced. It was an exciting time to be on the internet.
