School can be hard, we all know that. It's really easy to get all stressed out over the little things, that's for sure... But! Not everything needs to be so tragic. There are a lot of fun and great things you get to do and experience along those years. You get to meet interesting people, go to a party or two, go out with your classmates, play pranks on your teachers (please, proceed with caution on this one), and, above all, you get to learn. I know what you're thinking, "What good does it do to learn about the French Revolution? How is it gonna help me in life?" And you're right, don't get me wrong! A lot of what you learn in class, you probably will never gonna use again. But it was never about just the revolution in the first place. It was about the friends we made along the way.
Remember pulling an all-nighter with your classmates to get an essay done? Or standing in front of the class to improvise a presentation about photosynthesis? You can't tell me those are not great anecdotes. You connected with your friends, you worked together, and you got through it. Who cares about photosynthesis? You learned to work as a team, to help each other, and solve problems together with little to no time to think much about it. That's the cool part and that's what you're gonna remember in 20 years. Besides, we can't forget the school plays, the snacks hidden in our backpacks, the running around everywhere during a break, and the kids with overflowing pencil cases. Elementary school, middle school and highschool, all gave us memories. You have even more of those if you're in college now.
Still, like everything in life, you need balance. You need to study, that's for sure. But you also need to relax, have fun, do something to unplug from your own brain for a while. That's where we come in. Here we have some good ol' memes to get you laughing and out of your head for a little bit, because you deserve a break, honey. Embrace it and enjoy it.
