California isn't just a place. California is like an oasis of hope, paradise, people, history, and desire. The whole world covets California in a way that they don't anywhere else. Sure, people dream of other places. People can idealize Paris for it's romance, the city of love, and the attraction of eating baguettes in a park with your lover. Or somewhere like Hawaii, where you can go on your own Hawaiian roller coaster ride and live the island life. Or somewhere like Rome, where you're surrounded by rich history and beautiful architecture that tells a whole story. But California? Everyone wants to go to California.

She's found stuck in a cattle grate in Texas, she's meowing her desperate meows and trying to claw her way out. There's really no place like California. It's so immensely big and vast. There are many different climates and types of people, so it really appeals to the masses. You can go to the beach and surf, you can hike and backpack various mountains and steep terrains like Yosemite and other places. You can travel barren deserts full of cacti and other beautiful rock sculptures built by nature herself. You can visit Redwood forests and get lost in the fresh greenery of the trees. You can travel different cities and feel the culture of Hollywood, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or elsewhere. There's just so much to do in California. People are attracted to it not only because of all these things, but because it's the cultural hub for media. Everyone grows up idealizing California in some way. I feel so grateful to have grown up there. It's really something special and I'll never forget the good times I had there. Enjoy this story as much as I did! I'm kind of jealous of this little kitty.
