Our dog is the sweetest boy ever. Sure, he can be a menace sometimes, but that's only because he's extra happy and excited - which is, arguably, the best reason to raise heck around the house. But he's a sweetheart. All dogs are adorable, and as dog pawrents yourselves (presumably), we're sure you know this as a fact. You see, when you have a dog, as silly as they are, they are still the sweetest, most cute creature in your house, and probably in your entire life. That's the wholesome magic of dogs, and how they sweeten any day for us without even trying.
Since it's the weekend now, we went to the dog park for the whole afternoon. Now, our dog loves the dog park - he likes to meet no doggo friends and run around with them all over, he adores chasing the frisbee we take with us, and he basically wants to make every person there his new BFF (we're not jealous, we know we're number 1 in his heart - as he's ours). But all that energized fun doesn't contradict the fact that this is all super sweet. It's hard not to let your heart melt when you see how much fun your dog is having.
And don't let us even start talking about how wholesome it is when dogs act so soft and gentle… well, but we already mentioned that, so we have to gush about it. We absolutely love it when our dog comes in for a snuggle, especially when we're not constrained in any time frame, like a Sunday afternoon - just chilling with our dog. It's one of the most calming things we do all week long. It charges our emotional battery for the entire week ahead.
We really think having a doggo BFF is the best thing any person can do for themselves.
