I’m not writing about birthday memes out of nowhere… My birthday is coming up this month. Yeah, if not, why would I come up with this idea anyway? It’s always all about me. Nah, I’m kidding, but writers tend to write about things that are on their minds, so you can't really blame me. I’m working with the material I have. Anyways, most of the time, what people write says a lot about themselves, even if they are supposedly writing about something else.

I’m that kind of person who never knows what to wish for when I have to blow out the candles. I’m sorry, I can’t think at that moment, I’m just blinded by the excitement of eating the cake. Because that’s the best part of my birthday. I always ask my mom to bake me the same cake every year, and I’ve been loyal to that cake flavor for a couple of years now. My dream birthday cake is vanilla cake, strawberry filling, plenty of frosting, and enough M&M's on top to make dentists and nutritionists nervous.

Soooo this very long introduction to say… I need help planning my birthday. I need the internet to do what it does best and give me unsolicited opinions. So cast your vote. I’ll read you in the comments. Should I throw a party at my new place, or should I celebrate at some nightclub in the city? The nightclub means I don't have to clean before or after the party, but a house party also feels nice. And I can collapse into my bed the moment people leave, which is a compelling argument.
