The expressions alone could carry this entire gallery. That specific look of a baby being hand-fed who has the face of someone who has finally, after a very long journey, arrived exactly where they were supposed to be. That's the energy we all deserve and rarely get.
And the outfits. Nobody asked these monkeys to get dressed. Nobody needed them to be wearing tiny overalls or a pink hat or what appears to be a full coordinated set. They didn't have to do that. They did it anyway, and the world is measurably better for it.
There's also a baby monkey in a red jacket surrounded by ducklings, standing in grass, existing peacefully in a crossover episode nobody pitched but everyone needed. No notes. Perfect as is.

There's something about baby monkeys that works on a cellular level. The softness, the size, the completely unearned confidence, it bypasses your brain entirely and goes straight to the part of you that just needs a minute. They're not trying to be cute. That's what makes it so effective.
The grip is what really gets you. That instinct to reach out and hold on to whatever warm thing is nearby, uncomplicated, immediate, zero second-guessing. There's something in that worth sitting with.
Take your time with these. Breathe. Let the tiny apron situation reset your entire nervous system. You're welcome.
