We all get distracted, especially while we are doing things we don't really want to be doing. A distraction could be a blessing in disguise, like when we're at work and in desperate need of a moment away from tasks and meetings. Work is filled with distractions, whether they are on your computer screen, your phone, or in the shape of your office bestie who happens to have some gossip that must be shared asap.
