The below-freezing temperatures this winter have been no joke. Even though we all take proper precautions to stay warm and dry through the turbulent weather, there are some folks out there who simply want to make your life more difficult. Why? There's no way to really tell, but we can easily chalk it up to their own misery, feelings of inadequacy, and yearning for some trouble.
When you live next to a person like this, in short: Good luck. They don't care who you are, if you bring a cherry pie to them every Sunday morning, or ignore them like the plague. They're set on making life difficult for you because their life is difficult for them.

As we mentioned before, it's clear that this neighbor is looking for problems. Though there are always two sides to the story, it's important to remember that nothing warrants this dangerous behavior. Pettiness can get you far, friends, but when someone is trying to create a dangerous environment for you, it's time to swipe the chip off your shoulder and alert the authorities. Only when they are truly reprimanded will the neighbor stop it with their hijinks.
