This woman explains that she's basically become her nephew's de facto second parent, which she's not thrilled about. It's one thing to spend time with your nephew every now and then, but she's getting annoyed at the frequency with which she's babysitting. Her sister has literally stopped asking her to watch the kiddo, and has taken to dumping him on her front porch, 0 warning given and 0 excuses accepted.

It's a good question, and trying to get a neutral response from someone outside the family is a good call.
She did her best, but her sister pushed too hard! At the end of the day, the baby is starting to wear her down physically, emotionally, and even financially. And what does she get in return? Nothing but disdain from her sister. That's some shameful behavior on the sister's part. She's forgotten her gratitude, and it's truly costing her now.
