This little guy seems like the coolest, silliest cat. My cat has that kind of energy too: silly, derpy, and adorable. Some cats are prissy, and don't like to be touched, and don't show affection or emotion. It's so refreshing to see a cat that's so full of life, that doesn't care how he seems, and that's obvious in his desire to be adopted by this couple. They already have two cats, but they're working on building a pretty good dynamic for all three cats they're about to have.
