I remember back when I was applying to jobs when I first got out of college. It got to the point that I was applying to literally anything that was accepting applications, even if I had no idea what the duties were. I almost worked at a mayonnaise factory… Anyways, this is all to say that it can be very disheartening. You put in your hardest work and get little back. That is just the plight of living in a capitalist society.
However, these recruiters might hack away at your ego a little, but don't ever let them take away your wit or humor!

It is important to let it all out sometimes. Let the rant take the wheel! You don't even have to actually send anyone the email; this guy didn't actually end up sending this, but the rant was out. He published it online with names redacted, and it made his heart calm down a bit. The anxiety of looking for a job in this day and age is real, so the ranting is completely understandable. Let the feeling go through you, feel every bit of it, and then once it passes, move on and know that a better day is waiting for you ahead!

So, what have we learned? It's better to rant than to not rant at all. That way, you can move on and start to understand whatever the universe was trying to get you to learn from this life lesson. Don't let the haters get you down, you got this!
