Well, we cannot say that this builder was not right for being concerned. Cats who live the indoor life do not typically need to hide under cars for warmth, nor do their wounds usually go untended to, nor do they look dirty in any sense of the word. They are pampered creatures who are usually cared for to the highest of standards and have more than enough time on their hands to make sure that their fur is always in pristine condition. Now this is one heck of a kind hearted man. To take on the responsibility of caring for this neglected cat, while also ensuring that the potential pawrents are informed that they cat has not been stolen only taken in to be cared for is simply above and beyond. It shows the kind of character that the Cat Distribution System loves and loves to bestow cats upon. As it seems to have done here. And you can bet your bottom dollar that the CDS knows who the worthy ones are.
