Walking, running, or even cleaning the house can all amount to significant changes in your health, if that's what you're looking for. And for sleep? Well, sometimes it feels like we live in the age of sleeplessness. It's never been easier to be sleepy, but simultaneously stay up late consistently while being in the comfort of our own bed. Scrolling has an addictive, dopamine system in our brains, which means we can binge scroll, but still be exhausted and on the verge of collapse.
Cat memes are a part of that system of dopamine hitting, obsession starting habits that just make us smile and stay up all night. It's important to take everything with a grain of salt, and to understand that even if cat memes give you a healthy mindset, a dose of pawsitivity, and a sense of purpose, to still try and get your 8 hours of sleep.
