Knowing that you have a feline friend willing to wake you up with their absolute blessing of a presence, it's like you won life. You have a feline friend that purrs on your heart instead of an annoying alarm clock on your phone. You have a cat companion who bakes biscuits on you like a pawfessional masseuse and helps you get that tension off of you.
Sure, you have to treat your cat like royalty in exchange, but who cares? All cat pawrents do that with love. We know we do. We don't care to admit we're basically our cats' peasants. We take care of their every need, whim, want, and desire. But honestly? We're getting all that in return from our cats. Cats are loveable - especially when they wake you up, chin first, tuna breath, and all that.

The inner tiger we're talking about is a chonker ginger cat. Much round. Very wow. Try to roar? Good luck with that. We'll be here, watching, listening, and waiting until this show is over with and we can get back to raiding the kitchen like the true inner “domestic shorthair” we actually are.
