    RV mover agrees to help couple evicted from their RV park, discovers their camper is dangerously overloaded, when they're denied access into another park, he unhooks them, leaving them at a nearby gas station: 'Talking about suing me and both RV parks'

    We're starting to think this couple's RV could potentially stand for 'recklessly volatile'…

    RVs have always excited me. There's just something about a home on wheels that sounds so much more exciting than a regular one. Road trips, scenic views, and allowing yourself to become closer to nature. However, we know that this is not always by choice. Many people live in an RV out of the desire for freedom and adventure, while others see it as more of a financial necessity. 

    But whether the automobile is your summer escape, or the place you call home all year round, we all know that space is limited…So keeping it clean and minimal is extremely important. Not just to optimize space, but equally to optimize health. When you eat, sleep, and shower in the same few square meters, it's ideal that you prioritize cleanliness. 

    If your job requires you to move people's RV homes from point A to point B (much like this man), we're certain that coming across an interesting variety of these mobile homes, and even more fascinating people living inside them, is inevitable…For better or for worse.

    • This low-cost RV mover takes on a couple with their fair share of red flags…For example, just being evicted from their RV park. When he arrived to fetch the couple, he learned that the local sheriff was overlooking their ‘departure.’ Although they couldn't even make up the full amount of money to pay the mover, he was feeling generous…

      Once hooked up, he noticed that their vehicle was completely overloaded, which would ultimately impact their trip. Yet, he continued anyway…But what he heard the couple discussing on the way was nothing short of bizarre (and outright suspicious…). When finally reaching the destination of their intended RV park, the owner refuses to let them in…sparking a few ‘harsh phrases’ conversed between the couple and the owner. Let's just say that park was the last place they'd be staying that day…So with no other options, the mover drove them towards the nearest gas station, unhooked their vehicle, and drove far, far away.

      I move RVs. Today I had to unhook and leave a customer at a gas station.

      I move RVs for people that don't have the ability to move them for one reason or another.

      This one had a lot of red flags from the start. I showed up at 11:15 and the security personnel from their RV park was on scene waiting for the sheriff to show up, I was informed they had been. evicted and if they didn't leave with me now, the tow company would be coming.

      They were $8 short of my charge but I felt bad and agreed to go anyway.

      The RV was an ultralight model, but the jack was mangled up. I managed to get it hooked onto my truck but it kept going lower and lower and lower, come to find out it was filled floor to ceiling with junk.

      Definitely way overloaded. Whatever, it's a short trip, I'll drive slow. The couple didn't have a vehicle, they had to ride with me, neither of them had phones (despite the fact they arranged everything with me over the phone that morning).

      So they borrowed my phone, I said they could only use it on speaker. They called their bank and disputed every charge they had made with their card, even cashapp transactions, right in front of me.

      When we arrived at the other RV park, the owner knew they were coming. Apparently he had just evicted them a short time ago and they had been calling him all morning begging to come back, he told me to turn right around and leave or the police would be called.

      They started a screaming match from the passenger seat, with me sitting in the middle of it, I didn't want any more parts in this adventure.

      OP dark_wolf1994 That's the wild part, she did indeed try to pay with that card as soon as I pulled up. I have no means of accepting a card though.

      OP dark_wolf1994 I always get it asap. Usually people call me, they pay when I arrive and before I hook up. It took her and her bf pooling together to get the money, short $8. I just felt bad and agreed to let it go.
