Being lazy is all too easy these days. It's not the middle ages where we have to fight for food and water. It's not the agricultural era either, where it was sunrise to sunset work outside in fields, harvesting, planting, growing fruits and vegetables, tending to animals and livestock all just to exist! Phew, aren't we glad that these days our plights are existential, economical, and technological? Just kidding, we're not saying one or the other is better, but it sure does feel nice to Door Dash groceries that we didn't even have to grow. Indolence is the name of the game in modern times. We barely have to move at all, we just need to sit in one place and everything comes to us, even our dogs.
