We've never seen a baby red panda before, but now we must see more of them. Did you know that when they're born, they're about the size of a stick of butter? Can you imagine something so small and adorable?? Like most mammals, they are born with their eyes closed. Although, unlike other animals, it can take them up to 18 days to open their eyes! That's a long time! Just like their cousins, the panda bears, they sure do like to take their sweet time doing just about anything.
