Look at this creature. Not a single thought behind those eyes. When you see them acting all derpy like this, you can't help but furgive them for knocking things off the table at 3 AM, or for biting your toes an hour before your alarm goes off. Something about them activates our pawrental instinct. Cats share a surprising amount of traits that remind our brains of hooman babies. Coincidence? We think not. They have round faces, small noses, very soft bodies, and make high-pitched sounds just like babies do. It's almost like they planned that… did they?

It's rare to find a cat that wants to be by your side 100% of the time. Cats can be quite independent, and sometimes they need their alone time. They will let you know if they want it too, they're not shy about it. Living with a cat is like living with a roommate with heavy mood swings.
