Why humans should be more like sloths from time to time

Growing up, I was always fascinated with sloths. Their slow lifestyle and unbothered attitude seemed like something we as humans should attempt to mimic from time to time. I mean, really relax. They're so chilled out that they can stay in one spot for so long that algae starts to grow on their fur, allowing them to blend into rainforests. I could totally see that for myself. They also have extremely slow metabolisms (I know that sounds scary), but imagine all the clothes or consoles we could buy with the money saved from taking up to a month to digest a single meal.
