    A Mouthful of Hilarious Cooking Memes for Amateur Chefs

    We make fun of cats and dogs for relishing the same boring meal every day, but humans really aren't much different.

    If you think about it, the majority of us have the same old cycle of dishes on repeat when it comes to what we whip up in the kitchen. The demands of daily life can make it difficult to branch out and try new things, plus some of us are just plain picky. 

    To be fair, even when we do broaden our culinary horizons, one of the most important things we learn is that across cultures, there are almost always some similarities between different cuisines. The basic components might be a little different, but the spirit is the same. 

    This also transfers over to memes about food, which switch up some integral parts, but keep others, so that the humor is both recognizable and enjoyable. If that didn't happen, then we would not be able to engage with cooking memes in the way that we do. There are only so many edible ingredients, and so many ways to combine them—and boy, are we going to have fun doing it. That goes for both the kitchen and the internet.
