Being an adult cat would be our ultimate dream in life. Being able to just chill all day while someone else takes care of all of our needs… bringing us food, massaging us, bringing us drinks and snacks, giving us something fun to sniff every once in a while, giving us something extra fun to sniff sometimes, and generally caving to each and every one of our demands. Wow. What a dream. To think that cats experience this every single day, and we are happy to provide all of it for them. No wonder they scream at us so much. It must be so fun for them.

Correction: this is not just us and our partners. It is also our cats. One of the best things about living as a couple with a cat, it's the fact that when winter comes, we all sit together on the couch, purritoed in individual blankets, living our best lives. Seriously, those are some of the best times for us, and we wish for all of you guys to experience that at least once in your lives. You, someone you love, your cat or cats, and a whole bunch of blankets. Living the dream right there.
