Twenty three and a half years old is such an amazing achievement, we could only hope and dream that every cat we have - and every cat in general - will reach this age and be happy and healthy. We agree with one of the people in this thread who said that all of these stories give them hope. They really do. The oldest cat that we have right now is ten and a half years old, and whenever we tell people about that, they are already so shocked and tell us that it's an achievement in and of itself. And maybe that is true, but it is 100% not enough for us. At least twenty three and a half years old. For every single kitty in the world. Please.

This thread was full of so, so many pictures of super senior cats, the worst thing about making this collection was having to choose which pictures and stories to keep. This is one of our favorite things about the internet - when someone says something about their cat, so many people rush in to tell their own stories. You could scroll through threads like this for days, and the content wouldn't end. And you wouldn't want to stop either. Because these threads are just… so full of joy.
