2025 was a questionable year for everyone. Did anyone have a good time? There was so much going on globally and individually. Sometimes it feels like we're all connected through the same phantom tether, and when things are good, they stay good. But when things are bad, it's bad everywhere. New skin care routines, entering flow states from cleaning your apartment, and everlasting cat memes really kept us afloat last year amongst the instability of changing society, the technological advancements that create too many question marks in our cotton-candy sky, it's no wonder we all love tuning off our brains once in a while.
And with the new year having recently passed, it's not impossible that you've made one or a few new years resolutions. So what will it be then? Are you the type that wants to eat healthier, to find mindfulness, to work out more and scroll less? Are you the type to take work more seriously, to ask for that promotion, to scroll LinkedIn for the latest jobs to apply to? Or are you the type to keep things steady, to have expectations of yourself of peace, of gentleness, and of letting yourself enjoy?
