The holidays are a time to do what you wouldn't have normally done. Maybe that means you started a new gym membership, maybe it means you're finally going to some much needed therapy, and maybe it means that you take in a stray cat. The family in the story below saw a huge, fluffy, and majestic stray cat outside. Looking very much like a Pallas cat, they were immediately intrigued. They decided to keep an eye on the fellow, and luckily for them, he was incredibly friendly. Since it's winter and cold outside, they set up a makeshift shelter for him, and kept an eye on him using their outdoor camera. Over time, he became more and more friendly, rubbing his body on their legs, warming up to them, eating the food they give him. Since it's the holidays, they're already busy with planning on hosting for Christmas, as well as the fact that they already have cats of their own.
Fearing that the Pallas cat (George) won't be safe, they decided to make their basement a temporary cat shelter in the time being before they can take him to the vet and fully adopt him. Read the full story below.
