Not gonna lie, it looks as though this cat might actually be a catnip seller, and it looks as though he is not all too jazzed about the fact that his cat momma is stereotyping the look of a catnip seller. As discerned from the look of embarrassment and degradation in the cat’s eyes.

Well, this is just troublesome. If we begin arresting cats for disorderly behavior, then we might very well end up with cat prisons bursting at the seams within hours, or at most days. It is like if you were to arrest hoomans for sneezing; it just cannot be helped.
