'Tis the season to emotionally clock out of work.
If CEOs and management can take part in Circle Back Season, furloughing their responsibilities until the turn of 2026, so can the workforce. We're tired, boss! And after a whole year of toeing the line of our PTO allotments, commiserating with our favorite coworkers, and enduring meetings that could have been an email, the exhausted workforce needs more than just a holiday party and a sliver of lukewarm pizza; they need an actual break. With dreams of sugarplums dancing in their heads and visions of their boss chugging eggnog at the company end-of-the-year party, employees are just starting to realize that they've almost made it.
