Corporate warriors, you've done it again. Yet another week has gone by in the brainwashed cubicles of the nation, and what do we have to show for it? Dark bags under our eyes (and no, they aren't Chanel), and a little bit less of our human spirit. But hey, at least we have two days off, two weeks from now. Beggars can't be choosers, or so that's what our supervisors tell us.
The holiday season has the potential to amplify the existing stress you all might have because of your jobs. The end of Q4 is historically scary for every company in the history of the world, so it's crucial that you find time to take a breather in the breaks you have. Not all of us are blessed with "unlimited" PTO, so we have to hide in the custodial closet and weep quietly until someone notices that we're gone.
In all seriousness, it seems like all of us need a break. What better way to unwind than to partake in some not-so-doom scrolling to try and replenish some of our holiday cheer? Grab some hot cocoa and unplug your Wi-Fi router, but not until after you finish scrolling through these much-needed work funnies we've been using to cope.
