Dogs are an unlimited source of joy and happiness, right? Wrong! Maybe some dogs are, but ours certainly isn't. Ours is like a teenage girl stuck in a 2-year-old dog's body. She loves us, of course, but we get just as many exasperated sighs and sassy side-eyes as we do kisses and tail wags. Fur example, if you sneeze unannounced? Bombtastic side eye. Don't get us wrong - we love our doggo. We love the fact that she is a princess, but sometimes, she does feel like more of a passive-aggressive roommutt than a pet. Don't even think about trying to move her from her sleeping spot on the couch, unless you want her to stare at you uncomfortably for five minutes afterward. But then, we remember that she's this way because we provide everything for her, and once we remember that, all we can do is laugh at how upset she gets over such small things.
