In this story, a customer tried to get her soup sent back at a restaurant after she found two long hairs in it while she was eating. She found the behavior of the staff strange when this happened, as they first refused to let her keep the tainted bowl on the table while they got her a new one, then refused to give her a refund.
She threatened to write an unflattering review with photo evidence, which is what finally prompted them to give her the money back. Still, she wasn't sure if she had taken things too far.
