When you're going through a dark time in your life, you will do things you never thought you would do. You might be so down, you can't take a shower, clean your room, or brush your teeth for days or weeks at a time. You're a lot more likely to get home from work at 6:30 and go straight to bed because being awake is so much more painful than going to sleep.
