    Grocery store manager treats employee like enemy #1 for no reason, so he secretly quits mid-shift and leaves her hanging: 'I didn't have to tolerate being talked to like that.'

    An employee trying their hardest both at their job and keeping their manager finally reached their breaking point and quit on the spot. The entitled manager was left hanging with one less staff member, and you better believe the struggle was real. But that's just what happens when you are a manager who treats your employees poorly. 

     

    In the case of this courageous quitter, he was working as a cashier at a grocery store. The Karen manager was picking on him constantly for no evident reason. She would just always find ways to make his day harder. He was simply working just to get enough to move to a new country with his girlfriend. So once he reached that quota and was deciding to leave, he left. Not exactly the way he wanted to leave, he wanted it to be professional and drama free. But this manager would just not like that be. So after getting yelled at again for yet another reason-less action, he just clocked out and never came back. He didn't tell a soul.
