Entitled resident demands neighbor to stop leaning on his fence, uses wet paint to get even: 'Ok Karen'

This resident got dragged in the comments for taking things a bit too far with his neighbor.

Sure, it's annoying that the neighbor was always out talking to other folks in the neighborhood and leaning on the resident's old and fragile fence while doing so. Still, any decent human being would interpret this as justification to finally build a stronger fence. If someone leaning on your fence is a problem, it likely has nothing to do with the neighbor and more to do with the instability of your fence.

An exception, of course, would be if that neighbor was not on the right side of that fence and crossing your property line. However, that's not what was happening here. While we tend to empathize with folks who get even with their neighbors, what this author did next was a massive overstep and lapse in judgment.

He decided to enact some petty revenge by slathering his fence with wet paint and watching through the window from inside his house as his neighbor leaned on the fence. Immediately, he pulled back and realized there was a ton of wet paint all over his clothes.
