We live in a state of wellness obsession – yoga is cooler than going out all night, and eating gluten free and bone broth are more romanticized than a lazy pizza night. However you want to live is okay by us, as long as you do it in style. These days of social media, style is all the rage. Who goes to yoga anymore without taking mirror selfies for 30 minutes before? And what's the point of going to yoga if there aren't goats involved too?!
Yes, goats and yoga have been a thing for a long time now, and if you're lucky enough to experience it then even better. Saturday mornings are for soft launches into the day – an warm cup of coffee, a bowl of yogurt and your favorite fruit, and of course the opportunity to combine physical exercise with animal interactions. Goats provide the perfect space to get everyone stoked about working out, especially something as slow and staid as yoga. If humans were this eager to exercise, gyms would collapse from shock.
