Entitled woman invites herself to Friendsgiving, arrives two hours late, then stuns host by demanding to borrow their tables, dishes, and décor for her own party, after going no contact when refused, she asks again a year later: 'I was pretty put off'

If you're going to invite yourself to an event, the least you can do is show up on time or try not to ask the host (who you barely know) if you can borrow all their furniture and decor for your very own party, to which they weren't even invited! Yeah, that's definitely the least you can do! In simple terms, do the exact opposite of everything this woman did, especially if you don't want to be labeled as entitled and clueless…

When you're first getting to know new people, we'd expect that coming across as polite is important for most. You want to make a good impression, and by doing so, that sometimes means not letting everything that enters your mind leave your mouth. You first need to investigate the type of person you're dealing with and whether or not they'll appreciate your special habits or unique sense of humor. Then you can decide whether or not they're the type of person you wish to spend your free time with, perhaps sharing those 'special habits'…However, from what we've collected from this story, the likelihood of this host and her self-invited guest becoming besties isn't looking too concrete. Especially after the host refused her late-coming guest's request to borrow every inch of her Thanksgiving merchandise…

After the host did not agree to lend out her belongings, these acquaintances managed to avoid each other for one whole year…That was until the following Thanksgiving came along, and the host received another call from her long-lost guest requesting to borrow those items again! Well, well, well, we think this might be the last time this host ever lets someone self-invite themselves to one of her Friendsgiving again…because there's a reason it's not called Acquaintance-Taking.
