Stories like these truly are rare miracles. The protagonist has always been a dog person, and everyone in his family are dog people as well. One day he's at the park, and little did he know that the Cat Distribution System was going to shine a light on him one day. The story goes like this: he's at the park and there are some teenagers who just found a liter of kittens. Not only is the protagonist not a cat person with dogs, but he's allergic to cats, as well as everyone in his family. In an unbelievable story, he sees the kittens, and despite his allergy, he goes to take care of them anyway. He brings them to the vet, he tries to find a furrever home for them. He does find furrever homes for one of them, but there are still two more who need somewhere.
He doesn't blink twice – he actually makes it a point to take the cats himself, despite his dogs and his allergy. He had no idea what was in store for him, but he couldn't be happier with the outcome.
