Kids have an insane amount of energy. They're constantly sprinting around at full speed, climbing on furniture that they should absolutely not be climbing on, and launching into endless stories with no plot, no timelines, and no break. They're so wired that even when they're actually exhausted, they somehow loop right back around into being energetic again – a term known as "overtired." The weirdest thing about their energy is that they run on something like two bites of a sandwich, five Goldfish crackers, and a grape.
