    'If you’re gonna keep two well, you might as well just keep all three': What started as a foster mission turned into a furever home for three rescued kittens

    It all started one summer evening when a pair of faint kitten mews drifted up from beneath the deck. The next day, after some searching, the sound led straight to the crawlspace and the discovery of a mama cat with her tiny litter. With nowhere for them to go, this couple decided to foster the little family themselves. After some clever trapping, the mom and her three wobbly kittens were safely tucked into a cozy shed.

    Over the next five weeks, the kittens grew, played, and learned that hoomans meant love and food, while Mom remained a bit too wild for indoor life. She was eventually spayed and released through a local program, but her babies had already stolen everyone's hearts.

    At first, they planned to keep just one kitten for their son. Then one became two… and well, how could they leave the last one behind? Now Storm, Pancake, and Stirling Mallory Archer fill their home with joy, chaos, and endless purrs. Three tiny reminders that sometimes love multiplies when you least expect it.
