Ultra-Karen doubles down and sues a New Jersey park when local kids heckle her Karenish behavior, she loses in court: '[The park] can’t control what random kids say'

Karens will Karen, and when they're out-Karened, they'll Karen even harder.

The rules of Karenisms are quite simple. When faced with a reasonable public social interaction that suggests that you, a Karen, are in the wrong, it's time to crash out and double down. To avoid public humiliation, Karens will say or do just about anything, and in the case of this next story hailed from New Jersey, one woman was willing to sue the kids who called her a Karen at the park. 

Ironically, her response was the most Karen-coded, most unhinged thing an adult person could do. Any normal adult who was being heckled by a group of tweenagers would move on with their lives and get over it, but this woman refused to sit by and let them call her out. So instead of gracefully moving on, she took the incident to court…. and lost. 

Humility and grace go a long way in our world, but Karens, who somehow never learned to tap into those skills, will always escalate things wayyy farther than necessary to get a point across, even if that point proves them entirely wrong. Besides, those kids were correct in their heckling. If it walks like a Karen and talks like a Karen, perhaps it is… in fact… a Karen.
