CEO of 7-month start-up takes only company credit card to Bali, refuses to make remote purchases or approve expenses while away, blocking software renewals, buying new hire’s laptop, and event catering for the month: 'Said he's busy and to figure it out'

If this CEO doesn't take off his swim shorts and replace them with his work pants soon, the company is going to dive face-first into oblivion. He's away for one month, and during that time, he's left his team unable to provide new hires with the essential equipment, unable to purchase software renewals, and even unable to provide basic catering for events. So, unless their new hires want to work like it's 1952, or their potential investors love cold pizza before 1 pm, they're going to have to make a plan (quickly!)
