'Does she think the rest of us made our infants do the dishes?': First time mom faces backlash claiming her baby never cries

One of the scariest parts of becoming a parent is that it involves so many factors that can't be controlled. Those who have a very fixed idea of what it is going to be like are often in for a surprise, especially if they are wearing rose-tinted glasses. The truth is that a baby is just as much of a human being as any adult, and all of them will have different temperaments, issues, and likes and dislikes as a result.

Parenting certainly influences how a baby acts, but there is a lot that can't be accounted for just by applying the right child-rearing technique. For example, almost all parents would like nothing more than a child who sleeps well from an early age, but many struggle to make that a reality, no matter how hard they try. While it is important to make an effort when raising kids, it can't be expected that this will magically solve every single issue.

This is part of the reason that one new mom faced scrutiny after explaining all the reasons that she thought her baby never cried. Ranging from being with her “amazing” parents all the time to not being exposed to arguments, she appeared to be earnest in how impressive she felt her infant daughter was.
However, many people in the internet who were also parents were somewhat skeptical of the reasoning behind this perfect baby. It may be great to see a mom enjoying the often difficult experience of being a first-time parent, but not everybody can appreciate the attitude that comes with it.
