What this man did not anticipate, however, was that there would be several doctors and emergency medical professionals in attendance. These folks were able to quickly determine that this guy was overreacting after the idea of taking him to the emergency room was immediately rejected, and he suddenly was “fully recovered.” Ok, it probably would take a monkey to figure out that this man was lying. It also doesn't take much to determine that he's a narcissist as well. After all, he was willing to pretend to need medical attention in order to pull focus away from his nephew's big day.
