Why just cry at your therapy session when you could laugh? Would you rather your therapist look at your concerned asking you how you feel about that or would you rather than be LOLing with you? Laughter. Always choose later.
So, we actually can't guarantee that your therapist won't still ask you how that makes you feel… But these posts will most likely still lighten the air. I mean, can you imagine the kinds of notes your therapist has to take after showing them one of these silly dark jokes? "Patient exhibits concerning behavior but LOL, send me that." Now, that's the kind of patient-doctor relationship I yearn for with my therapist. Instead, I get the 'ole "that sounds like your father speaking" or "why does how your mother feel bother you so much?" Like, OKAY DOC, can we at least appreciate how funny this trauma as made me?? One day, one day… Until then, let's laugh together below!
