Even though street parking is usually first-come, first-served, some entitled neighbors often use a large amount of space to park their large number of vehicles… and it's pretty egregious.
Parking shouldn't be the source of neighborhood drama, because we should all have a firm grasp on parking etiquette. First order of business: How many of your neighbors own driveways? Who on the street uses multiple vehicles daily? Do you have several cars that sit on the street collecting dust for weeks on end? It might be time to store some of them in a garage, then!
The audacious neighbor in the story below owns a total of 12 vehicles, the majority of them over 40 years old, and 11 of which barely function. The fellow neighbor who shares this story explains that the old cars take up nearly all of the parking on the street they live on, and the neighbor only moves them for weekly street cleanings. The number one question everyone has is why the neighbor continues to keep cars that serve no purpose, especially if they hoard precious parking spots from working, useful vehicles. What course of action would you take if you were in these fellow neighbors' shoes?
