All I can say is: Welcome to the other side, corporate zombies. We've made it to the end of another week, and it wouldn't be possible without copious amounts of caffeine, doomscrolling, and a pretty comfy chair at the office. If you don't have a cozy chair… Then disregard that statement (but I'm so sorry). Unfortunately, now you have a (literal) laundry list of things to do during your Saturday and Sunday off. Yep. Laundry, dishes, deep clean of the house, FINALLY uninstall your air conditioner… When does it end?

Instead of waiting for it all to be easier on us, we need to find ways to indulge in the "in-between" moments. Have a breather? Pick up your favorite book and read a few pages. Do the crossword. SLEEP. Now, I know this isn't accessible to everyone, and we all have different environments and duties. What I'm trying to say is, this whole "surviving but not living" thing isn't working. For any of us. We need to allow ourselves a cry, a laugh, a smirk, a hearty smile…
