What in the heckin heckin is wrong with these people. Like as much as we would like to say that all people who work in rescue centers and the like are angels, the truth is that some of them can be just as cruel as those who neglect animals. Thinking as if they have some sort of divine right to decide the fate of any animal in their care. Just give this poor person their pupper back!
