Norm, the filing feline has got to be one of the best titles that any animal, hooman or not, can hold in this world. And it would be wonderfully hilarious getting to see just how bad at his job he would be. You’d request a file, it would go missing, take months to show up and when it does, it will be covered with fur and full of teeth marks.
