Customer service exec warns potential employees not to join company: 'They're planning to fire all of us'

A customer service executive is sounding the alarm for potential employees: do not board a sinking ship! 

The life of a call center rep seems difficult to say the least! It takes a certain kind of person to endure a long-term career as a call center worker. They're dealing with people who are annoyed at having some kind of issues, whether they're having tech problems or they're a customer who can't find an order. So their job is working with grouchy customers all day long, and that's just the beginning. As this person warns, there are zero breaks between calls. And there are a few problems that seem like major red flags as opposed to just everyday workplace annoyances. Like, this employee says that workers continually get paid late! You can't just pay your employees late all of the time — that's an insane way to operate a business! 

At least this person is detailing exactly how the experience went down, and warning others about the many pitfalls of this career path. It's not an easy gig, and someone's got to do it, but many people just burn out from this kind of work, and find that they're happier in another career field.
