    "Malicious compliance"

Good Morning to all, My names is A few Saturdays ago, me and Klejdis Bega (DM district 21) had an interaction that led to me making a decision that probably wasn't best for me or Publix. Since May of this year, I feel like I have talked about it until I'm blue in the face. That we don't generate enough hours to be successful. With the way we are being told to run the department. The replenishment role I think it's a great idea but the hours should have never been taken from the AM shift.

I feel like we are being micro-managed to the point it feels like our hands are tied behind our backs yet we are being held accountable. Klejdis favorite thing to say is progressive discipline. While I agree with Coaching up or Coaching out. It is extremely difficult for me to coach when the working conditions are so bad I don't even want to be here my yself. THIS IS NOT WHAT Mr. George INTENDED FOR PUBLIX TO BECOME.

Publix was in a league of their own. Now I feel like we are the only choice in a lot of areas. Tallahassee is definitely one of those areas. I can confidently say I'm not the only one that thinks this way. The worst part is we have Mgrs. That don't speak up and just go along with it knowing how bad it is but won't saying anything!!! I was told it falls on DEAF EARS this is Malicious Compliance at it's BEST

We as associate owners need to speak up! The associate voice survey needs to have an open-ended question. Asking the owners what Publix could do better? Or if they feel Publix has lost its way? Thanks Best Regards

g3engineeringdesign Why would IT allow unfettered access to a "send to all" email option? The number of people who need to be able to send an email to all company emails is very, very small.
