    15+ Employers who fired workers who really deserved it: 'I got to fire an entire company'

    Firing an employee who's been getting on your last nerve must be a great feeling. Although there are plenty of bad bosses out there, some of them are just good, well-meaning people trying to manage a team of workers. Some of these workers show up each day, prepared for their shifts, and ready to give 110%. Others show up 75% of the time, forget half their uniform, and spend all day trying to get out of work. 

    Behavior like this on repeat can really stress a manager out. After all, if you're making the weekly schedule and you're dreading adding that one employee on because you know they won't show up, it just makes everyone's lives harder. That boss knows that their other employees will have to shoulder the burden of that person when they inevitably waltz in to work 2 hours late. Or if they do show up, they're super grouchy about it. So now, that manager has to calm down all the customers who encounter said employee… Some workers are just asking for trouble, and if no other methods work, they've got to be let go.
