There's nothing quite like being the parent to an animal who, honestly, has no idea what's going on half the time. That's the beauty of pet ownership: Pet parents ask for very little in return from their pets, and choose to give them a perfect home to exist in to live out their life's tenure. We are glad to do it, and would do it again and again! Why? Animals are a gift to the world, and should be treated as the royalty they are.
What's your pet's biggest quirk? Sleeping on top of your head because they can't seem to get close enough to you at night? Do they talk to you when they're hungry and in need of some more kibble? Mine likes to sneak behind the curtain while I'm showering… I think he thinks I'm drowning. How loving of him to check on me!
